Mist World, a Short Story

After having heard about Mist World from Elten and other places, I got sent a link to the portable version by a friend. I joined up and found I was having a bit of fun, at least till I got to level six, where I’m now stymied and can’t get past the rats in the grannery. Yep, I’ve acquired and learned the anti corosion spell. I’ve listened to that part of a tutorial done by someone calling himself Sterlock, and he makes it look easy, but not for me obviously.

So, daily I log on just to get that game cash till I can’t any more, then I’ll probably quit. It isn’t fun for me any more. I can get it seven times and I think I have three or four more times, then it’s bye-bye, Mist World.

  1. I must agree. I hate forgetting a skill to learn another, and there are many other gripes I had with this game. I have deleted it from my computer and will never go back!

  2. Hay, I don’t know if you’re stil playing it or not anymore, but I highly suggest you to move to 2 directions at the same time, like press w and d keys, or something like that.
That’s how I was surviving that one.

  3. Update: I accepted the rats mission three times and completed. It turns out I had to hit the v key to change to enemies. The problem is, there’s so much to remember. I’ll stick around for awhile longer, see if I can do the snakes, get the game cash till I can’t, then see what I think.
