Well, howdy, folks. I’m back with another game I don’t know how to play.
After a frustrating time with 7Zip I finally got this thing extracted.
I’ve played this game quite a few times now and have yet to collect any keys with which to get out of the toy store. I have had fun, though I just don’t know what I’m doing. For proof, press tab and you’ll hear just how bad I really am. You’ll hear a couple of beeps during this recording. This is Studio Recorder informing me that clipping occurred. That’s why I didn’t try and normalize it.
Yep, creating the folder myself did the trick. Now I can export and have stuff show up.
Probably close enough to an hour.
I only have one folder in tsatria03\ToyMania and that’s the saves folder. I guess I’ll have to create the other folder myself.
If I had to guess your avtual life playtime, Id say it was like an hour or 2?
Also dam! That’s hole hell of a lot playtime.
It should be in tsatria03/ToyMania/stats/ what ever stats file you saved.
I’ve copied them to clipboard. It’s all of them so here goes:
Session Achievements:
– Speed Collector: Tier 13 of 25. Current progress: 16 (10.13%). 142 total toys needed to reach the next tier.
– Key Snatcher: Tier 9 of 25. Current progress: 8 (14.81%). 46 total keys needed to reach the next tier.

– Time Traveler: Tier 10 of 50. Current progress: 67 (82.72%). 14 total playtime needed to reach the next tier.
I was one tired puppy when I got through with that game I can tell ya.
I saved them but they don’t appear in tsatria\ToyMania, so I don’t know where to look for them.
Wow. wonder how far you got as far as stats?
Wow! I just won in endless mode! I was in level 40! There was so much going on I had to go by continuously pressing c, as I remembered where the door was. I never heard the door but I managed to get out anyway! That is one crazy mode!
It used to be, lol.
I know I said that game was easy, but it’s far from it, even on the proclaimed normal mode.
Yep, I’ve read the read me. I’ve never even heard the door before I and the store become ashes. Maybe one of these days I’ll win. I may even get brave enough to try endless mode again, but that really gets tough.
In endless mode, pressing D will tell you the exact location of the door.
That’s what I meant. It tells you the approximate feat of the door based on where you are. If you are 2 tiles away from the door in any direction, you can still press enter to open it. You don’t have to be in the dead center of it at, just like how you can collect things within a 2 tile radius in any direction.
I did that and I only get how far it is away in feet. By the time I’ve hit it a couple times, maybe a slight exaggeration, the store blows up. I still like the game though.
Hi there. If you press the letter D in level 6, it will tell you where the door is in relationship to your current location.
There’s finally a time limit in the easy game and I haven’t won yet. I haven’t even found the door in either game I played.
I only played the endless mode once.
I think if I made an endless mode for this game, the session based achievements would really mean something. Those are really hard to collect the more you play without stopping. The lifetime ones are easier because you can exit the game and come back to it.
School stuff can put a damper on things for sure. I was ever so glad when I graduated, way back in 1975, January 16 to be exact. I was a midterm graduate.
That sounds so cool, I should get the game too. I just didn’t really have time to play since I had to studdy for my final exams
Once you included the other keys in the read me it was only time when I’d take the plunge and choose a stronger weapon.
By the way, I encountered the boss my second time through and made short work of him too, he-he!
I’m glad you like this game. I had lots of fun making it.
Well, I can no longer say I don’t know what I’m doing. I can say that I’ve really grown attached to this game! I’ve won it twice and I’m gonna play more because I want those achievements to keep going up the tiers, yes indeed!
So far I haven’t experimented with them. I sort of freeze up when the cars start, then when the guards come, oh my, lol!
Yup, exactly. you have 8 weapons at your disposal, each with there own ranges and damage stats included.
They’re pretty hard to kill. I reckon I’ll have to try a different weapon, lol.
Oh, about those, I still havent found a perpose for them. I mainly put those up there for distractions. What I mean is, since they are louder, it makes it harder to collect toys, and that would mmean you would want to hit or shoot them to eas the pain.
Yeah, the great toy robbery is what I meant. This game is cooler though, I like the mooving toy cars
I’ve since replaced the recording I made, but I won’t make a new blog entry to post it, nor will I edit this one to put it up. I still haven’t found any keys.
I surely did. Those guards are nearly unstoppable. I didn’t get as many cars as I thought I did. I guess I only damaged more than I got.
I guess I’ll never find any keys. It’s fun though, even though I haven’t got the slightest clue as to what I’m doing.
There is no mean Santa Claus with his evil laugh, no death sleigh, or slay, he-he, so the game is quite unique, separate from Toy Robbery and Kringle Crash.
Loooool you got absolutely destroied near the end there.
It is sort of like that yes, but I tried to make it more unique compared to the originall game made by liam.
This game kind of sounds a bit like the great toy robbery.
Kringle Crash was sort of like this too, but also, Like TGTR, a Christmas game.
Oh, The Great Toy Robbery? That’s quite a bit different.
That sounds a lot like another game. I don’t remember it’s name, but it was about collecting toys as well
I usually last longer with the guards but not this time.
