This year, when the new iPhone 13 models were released, we decided to take the plunge and get one for each of us. We decided on the 13 Pro, and she went to the Apple store here to buy hers. She wanted one with 1TB of storage, but what they actually sold her was the 512GB model. 512GB is plenty for me as I don’t have books or music on my iPhone, so, to amazon she went to get the one she originally wanted. I would inherit the 512GB.
Amazon totally messed up her order and failed to deliver, so she eventually got a refund. With help from the online Apple store, she got her 1TB ordered and it came in today.
I did indeed inherit the 512GB and I surprised myself. I’m getting on much better than I thought I would with the new VoiceOver gestures associated with an iPhone that doesn’t have a home button. I think I may have blogged about this fear in the past.
Well, my fears were groundless and I’m getting on nicely with my new, inherited iPhone 13 Pro with 512GB!
I have 3 options to myself for a new iphone, 13, 14, or SE Third jen.
The same to ya, and thanks!
I hope you do get the new iPhone.
I might be getting the new iphone on my birthday or anytime next year.
And speaking about next year, have a nice new year ahead and enjoy your first day man.
Indeed!
I will definitely will have a longer battery life if I have a iphone 13 or 14.
Yep, I learned all that rather quickly. I still have my 13 Pro
I have no problems swiping up to the home screen or the app switcher. I know it pretty well because my brother and my mom have an iphone 10.
I have a iphone SE second generation since March of 2023. I will be getting a new phone very soon because the battery didn’t last too long as expected since September of 2023 When I noticed it.
I will be Getting the iphone 13 or the 14th iphone.
My 6S was running pretty ragged and I figured the new accessibility stuff would be good to have.
On another subject, I can swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get to the home screen and the app switcher, but I can’t swipe down for the control center and notifications. Fortunately, I can get to those the old way.
I also could not configure face ID. Wife Eva did it just fine.
I will have IPhoneSE2 for the next 5 years or so, and nothing’s convincing me to move on until I have to.
Enjoy your new iPhone!
Well, I just hope I get used to it as easily as you. I still have an iPhone SE 2nd Generation but I will eventually have to upgrade it under normal circumstances.
